Took my toddler son for a haircut this morning, all he needed was a light trim to shortern the length as it was getting into his eyes - instead the barber grabbed the clippers and cut a huge amount off, massively shortening it all over and completely changing the style. It was a completely uneven and patchy job too, not to mention being quite upsetting for my son who was not used to clippers. To top it all off we were charged $30 for this terrible job. Am very disappointed and upset, would not recommend this place at all.

Worst haircut of my life, asked for a bit taken off the sides and some off the top, left the store looking like i fell asleep first at a sleepover. My hair was completely uneven and way too short.the man who cut my hair (i assume he is the owner) was aggressively chopping away at my hair like he was in a 90s slasher movie, he was entirely unfriendly and avoided conversation. highly unprofessional. NOT TO MENTION THE AMOUNT OF HAIR ON THE FLOOR. Dirtier than my 14 year old boys bedroom.The perfect hairdresser if you don't own any mirrors.Just atrocious.

Have been a couple of times for kids haircuts - excellent prices. However they only take cash which means I've walked past and not taken the kiddo for a planned haircut about 50 times! Who has cash on them any more?!

Having moved to the mountains recently we needed to find a hairdresser for our family. My fiance and 2 sons had been here before. Fantastic service, great pricing, great haircuts and always listen to what you want.Recently went in to get my own haircut. And for the first time in forever I actually found a hairdresser who would cut my hair AND know exactly what I'm asking for. There is nothing better than hearing your hairdresser say this is going to be so satisfying" before starting on your hair. And it was cheap! Even gave me some advice on some other hair products to protect and treat my hair.Very happy with our new family hairdresser!"

Love, love, love my new haircut! Instantly, on meeting Mark, I felt completely comfortable and in very safe hands! He is that kind of professional hairdresser where you just know everything is going to be all right! And it was - is! He gave me such a gorgeous, glamorous cut! And it was such fun being there. I love his frank personality, warmth and fun! Most of all, his flair and real expertise!Jen, the other hairdresser in the salon today, also looks divine! And her hair is amazing!Lovely atmosphere, wonderful, professional services and totally affordable! Thankyou so much!

I went today to get my 9yr old sons hair cut. It advertised $25 dollars for his age they charged me $30 because it was styled ridiculous. I’ve never paid over $22 before. And while waiting for his hair cut the man possibly owner made a very rude and unnecessary remark to me, NEVER going there again.

Took my 2 year old to this hairdresser twice now. The first time a younger lady did his hair and it was lovely and she was very gentle as he is only very young. Second time I had an older lady who was very rude and rough with him, telling him off for moving and pushing his face into the right position. The haircut was awful and so rushed. I could have done a better job and she was very rude to me. I had to trim my son's hair when I got home because of all the bits she had missed. I am so disappointed and will never use this hairdresser again. Absolute waste of money.

Shocking place for a haircut.I have gotten three haircuts from this place. The first time I went was about 5 years ago where I got a haircut from this woman who wears glasses, red top and is old in age. She did a dreadful job at cutting my hair, completly rushing it, leaving it uneven and me embarrassed to show my self in public.The second time I went there was from a different young lady who was very gentle, nice to talk to and had true talent in cutting hair. A good job in all, leaving me satisfied.The 3rd time I went there was about a week ago now and the other dodgy woman cut my hair this time. I thought to myself that surely she has gotten better after five more years of working there... I couldn’t have been more wrong. She basically got worse, pinching me and tugging on my hair over and over again, pretty sure she overcharged me and didn’t even say goodbye. Clearly needs to go back to hairdressing school.I would go back there again but will make sure I don’t get that old woman who has absolutely no clue what so ever.

Terrible, terrible experience. I had a hair cut by Mark who said was the owner. I was left with hair that seems I have elephant ears!, and it even looks worse after washing my hair. I will now have to spend extra to have it corrected. In addition to a horrendous haircut, Mark was rude and arrogant, bad listener and charged me for a service I did not ask for. Shame, as I had been served by Jen before who is a good hairdresser and a lovely person. I will never go back to that business and I will advise anyone against even considering it. I am giving one star as I am not able to post without a star, but that would be my preference.

My husband and I both got cuts here and both women who gave us cuts did a fabulous job. Both were very pleasant as well. I highly recommend! I think the bad reviews are from people who didn't tell the hairdressers exactly what they wanted and then just stayed silent instead of actually speaking up.
