Highly recommended. Huge range with great prices. Nice clean and tidy store with everything set up neatly. Fish tanks are always clean and fish all look healthy. Excellent customer service. Closes that little bit later on a Thursday which makes it nice to call in on way home from work to get anything my pets are needing.Zip Pay available as well. Many Thanks.

A nice big store but not alot of products on the shelves but I understand the xmas rush.It was nice to see some experienced senior staff in the store with great customer service.

Good variety but make sure you get a personal loan before trying to pamper your pooch through this franchise, they're very expensive

Good Customer Service as someone approach us when we are having a hard time finding something and I appreciate that! Pet Stuff are almost there so no need to go to other shops when you need something for your pet!

Definitely the place to go if you want to be ignored by snotty teenagers. Customer service is non existent and you'll be made feel like you're interupting their important" pubescent conversations with your peasant purchases. Recommend going elsewhere"

I love this place, they're great. One point off cos I couldn't find anything to spoil my chickens, but still love the shop. Will be back to buy all the scaly bois very soon

Good service with nice staff. Only store that carries MFM for hundreds of km from my place! Also at a reasonable price. Thankfully I found these guys!
