I've been going to L and L Nails and Beauty for over 8 months and I wouldn't go anywhere else. The service is amazing, all the staff are friendly and kind. My SNS always looks amazing and lasts for such a long time. I highly recommend.

when the women was puffing my nails and shaping them she was very rough did a poor job in painting the painting is very uneven i asked to do gems on my ring fingers and they were put on very un even and looks very bad overall as well as in the end my nails hurt

Place is very bad. The kind of dirty nail place you should be worried about. Equipment looks like they havent be changed in years, the workers will file your fingers until they are tender and raw. Also they asked me to wash my hands, the dirty file left me with these marks which were unable to be washed off. Please wash your hands after, definitely high chance of infection. The nail ladies are alright, please AVOID lady with short hair and tattooed eyebrows, shes quite careless and told me these white marks will wash off...rather than getting rid of it. Definitely better places that are cheap, dont go to this one! save your money lol

Have visited here a few times, initially the service was good, but the last 2 times that i have been there, i have come back very disappointed as my nails were uneven n very poor design, they didn'teven file them properly, i asked them for something n they were rude n bad customer service, the nail technicians are not fully trained.

Waited for 50 mins with feet soaking for pedicure. They shouldnt keep letting people walk in and sit them down without good estimate of how long you have to wait. Therefore when finally got around to me it was rushed and average job. Tried to over charge me as well lucky I asked for price upfront. Friendly staff but average shellac pedicure.

you get what you pay for. wait times are always ridiculous even if you’ve booked an appointment. treatment is always rushed yet other customers get royal treatment. not the greatest place i’ve been to.

Not sure if it's the same lady mentioned in other reviews but I had a wax and the lady was unnecessarily rough and it caused inflammation. I have been waxing for 20 years and didn't even know this could happen until it did, then found out it's a common issue with poor training.Also did a pedicure and it was pretty average. Colour was uneven and she did a poor job of removing the dead skin.Wouldn't recommend, especially when there's so many similar businesses around.
