Basic greeting then no communication with me as a client just pointing to indicate putting feet in water to soak then pointing to put foot here or there etc. (No massage of feet or calves etc and a very quick tending to nails and polish ( wife’s feet) the only communication other than pick your colour was “wait 10 mins before putting on shoes “ it’s the worst pedicure experience my wife has had, she felt very underwhelmed and unappreciated as a customer. The staff spoke English as I’d called beforehand to make an appointment.

Lovely staff, great service with amazing attention to detail. The shellac nail design I got done was one of the best I have ever had. I'll definitely be coming back :)
