I have been with these guy for at least 5 years and in all that time I've had a number of very helpful people but recently i feel the need to name Tristan and Cynder for how kind, personable and helpful they've been to me. The staff has helped me on several occasions as a whole but i just had to single them out. I know if i was struggling or having any difficulties with work they'd listen and do what they could to help and i couldn't ask for more. If either of them see this, Thank you again

As I read over the reviews, I've noticed quite a lot of people have been treated the same as me. Too many of the same issues. Because I suffer from mental health issues, I've been on medical certificates for a long time now. I deal with the Des side. In all that time only 2 of the people have shown any compassion or understanding, and they have left.They harass, they never listen or believeI lost all of my licenses, gaming etc, because I couldn't afford to pay all the renewals and they wouldn't help. Because I was on certificate.I rang up to say I couldn't make a 9am appointment. They DID ring me back, FIRST TIME FOR EVERYTHING. We discussed many issues. Manager told me to look up other Des providers on the net and ring around. They do phone appointments anymore.I didn't go to 9am appointment and received a text at 5.10pm (after closing) that my payment was suspended .......They blame Centrelink and Centrelink blame them....

No correspondence despite scheduled phone appointments with SMS reminders for me to be available.Never available when I called.Harassed into completing forms (saying they got me into Uni when I was already in my third year) so they can get additional funding.Refused to remove me from enrollment programs despite reasonable requests. Disability concerns weren't listened to. Staff more interested in having a chat than actually assisting.

It's all about compliance and more compliance, with very little humanity allowed. The employees have an abysmal turnover rate, and everyone is more focused on making sure they don't get audited than on actually helping improve your life. Even if you have a case manager who actually cares about you, there's a very good chance they won't be there for long. Don't come here if you can at all help it.

TRISTAM please respnd to emails i have contacted you for over a month and still you have not responded or answered me not sure what is so hard trying to help some one that actualy wants to be working tried calling no answer called another worker there they emailed you to respond to me still nothingCan any one from max employment call or emal me please as i need help with work !!!!

Tried to bribe me $50 to sign off on paperwork misrepresenting my employment efforts so that they could claim more money from the government. When I questioned them about the paperwork, they lied to Centrelink to have my Newstart allowance suspended. Absolutely useless at finding work. Horrible people and a traumatic experience.Ignore the response. I called and emailed them and their response only added insult to injury.I hope they all burn in hell.

3 days notice for an appointment, didnt make it because i had work. They Rescheduled 4 days later, told them i have work. Still no call back. Waiting on hold for 30 minutes. Now will have to loose a shift because of them. I thought the idea was to keep you at work?
