Awesome customer service, thanks guys! We rocked up at 2 minutes to close with a broken chain and they very kindly stayed open and fitted new chain. We really appreciated that, now we can ride in the morning

Went in first thing this morning after a frustrating time trying to get a new Trail Gator to fit to my bike, and the guy in Giant was amazing. Friendly, helpful, juggled fixing my bike up through a dropper seat drama with renting bikes and other customers. Terrific service with a smile.

Matt was terrific. I buckled my wheel tiring up the state, This would normally mean a couple of days in the shop. Matt did are really good job of fixing it and it took no time.Matt was super helpful and welcoming, had a good chat and Matt gave some great advice.Wa a great experience

I rang Matthew at the store on Saturday afternoon, a long weekend, regarding gear problems with my bike. After a quick explaination he said bring it in, within an hour he had the problem solved and my bike back on tack. Great service and ours bikes will be serviced here in future!

Primarily a shop that hires out bikes. Bikes are of good quality and ideal for the local trails.Quality of service from staff members seems to indicate that they care a lot about repeat business and customer goodwill.Also carry spares, and even spares for not so trendy bikes (eg 26 inch tubes, 16 inch tubes), commuter pedals.Would strongly recommend checking it out.

We had our sons bike repaired here yesterday and the service was outstanding. The team went above and beyond to help us, when we could see how busy they were. My sons bike was fixed within the hour and at a reasonable price with a smile and advice for the tracks. We couldn’t recommend this shop more highly.
