Had a great experience with Connie as our property manager, who unfortunately left.Jen took over as our property manager and our experience went downhill. Always on the tenants side, even when they had damaged our property, took months to get quotes for repairs etc. Very frustrating. They need to realise that the tenant isn't their customer.

Julie sold my property in Bannockburn for a price higher than we expected, and also helped my husband and I buy our dream home. Her communication was always punctual and friendly. Julie has also been really supportive of many local community businesses and even offered my step daughter who was struggling to find work, or be given a chance, a work experience opportunity. As for the lovely girls at reception - they were there one day to deal with my stress out and tears when we had 10 minutes to type and print an email to a bank to finalise settlement - on moving day when we had no access to a printer.
