Docuprint p265dw or docuprint p 265dw - wireless connection that constantly drops out and requires a F@#*ing cable to complete the setup EVERY time I want to print a document - a single A4 piece of paper takes upwards of 5 minutes to get out of the machine. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT - hoping this review saves someone else's sanity!

Has emailed 3 different staff members and has been advised by all of us that we do not require any info on Fuji Xerox. Becoming harassment. 6 emails from Hilary Thacker and has been told several times to remove us from there mailing list. Emails keep coming

Very poor customer and support service. I agreed with some the comments in the review that there over charged their customer. My account manager kept changing, lack of respond and communication. Our contract ended, took them more then 3 weeks to organise to pick up the machine and they charged me for the extra month, because there reason are the invoice will stop when the machine is pick up, but there the one didn't pick up the machine nearly a month time, so I believe there do this on purpose to charge me another month. I don't recommend this company and I am glad our contract ended and gone with another company. I recommend everyone to go to RBC or another company as there will look after you for all the printer services need.

I will not use them again. As noted by someone else - pushy salesman. Then once they get you in service is unheard of. They state within 4 hours, then we get email stating within 5 hours. Would think that having business customers would mean ensuring that they have the supplies on hand - not these guys. Then they charge $45 to get cartridges delivered - DONT GET SUCKED IN

From the get go, pushy salesmen turning up to your office without confirming a time or date, then constant calls chasing you up when all I wanted was some info emailed out, then because we literally had no working printer I went ahead and agreed to purchase, you then get given 1 price which then jumps because they forgot" the installation costs

Pushy sales man cold calling me. I had to tell him 3 times that no matter how many time you think" you spoke to someone of that name

Sadly, very poor customer service, and it is getting worse and worse. Constant delays in services with no explanation. I have to agree with other comments that the language capabilities of the call centre staff is an issue. One positive point - the machines are pretty good!

Terrible customer service. Purchased a MF printer and scanner for the office. Had complaints with the product from the week of purchase. Spent 12 months dealing with xerox for repairs and patches. After 12 months I was told that the printer is a 9 year old product and they do not have parts any longer. Multiple complaints unanswered. Would never purchase another xerox product.

So 5 star rating for a Shane Allen salesman by a guy called Shane Allen. Probably the same annoying salesman who harassed my staff at our place of business and refused to leave despite being told 3 times and having a huge No Soliciting sign stating a fine for violations of this rule. Not until I threatened to impose the fine it was then he left without an apology for disrespecting our time, staff, and our customers. He owes us $50. This business seems to have harassed other businesses as well and abuse the trust customers have in the brand, instead turning into arrogance and got into the business of fleecing unsuspecting customers.
