The website May mention bulk billing but they do not bulk bill they will charge you $110 an hour! Any GP referral for psychology is a load of rubbish for these guys! They will not accept it and they were charge you full price do not go there because he's guys only care about money and not about fixing your brain.

Would not recommend. Haven't even spoken to anyone yet and that's how I feel. Emailed a referral a couple of months back, never received a reply. Sent another email asking them to call me for an appointment. Never got a reply, then sent another email asking about their fees and guess what still no reply. Absolutely shocking poor service" for people that come to you with mental health issues you are by far the worst psychologist I've ever been referred to. Utter waste of time."

I have been seeking support from the staff at Penrith Psychology for almost 6 years now and have never had any issues. This clinic did previously bulk bill but this is no longer a viable option for the clinic as a number of patients were not turning up to their appointments which is understandable with the variety of schedules/busy life styles.***From 1 July 2018 we only bulk bill disability support pension card holders*** - stated on this clinics website.The pricing is fair and covered by medicare with a small gap fee however, the support/service provided is worth quite a deal more than the actual price of a session.I have recommended this place to any friend or family member that is seeking mental health services as my experience has only bee positive here.
