some asian lady with glasses at reception served us. spoke rudely with an attitude when trying to explain to my mum that she couldn’t book for a checkup because it wasn’t for emergencies and kept repeating the same thing over about how it wasn’t an emergency. we tried asking about if we could make a booking or somehow wait for a time and she just said to come back in days or weeks if pain is bad. how tf do we get a booking then when clearly we’ve gotten one in the past? tried asking about our yearly checkups that we are eligible for and she went back to the emergencies thing. weirddddooooo
