I have been using the heatpump for more than 9 months, the product is reliable and did not give me any issues. Recently I have contacted Stiebel Eltron service center via email because the outlet connector of my heat pump has some rust on it. They are very efficient and arranged a plumber to look at it with a few days. The plumber they sent is experienced and fixed the issue on spot. Great service and well done.

I purchased a 150 kW Trend Convection heater. The product has so far performed very well . I have not rated as. 5 Star as the price is relatively high. I paid the extra money as most heaters in the market appear to be cheap and nasty and sold through outlets such as Bunnings. The program functionality on the unit takes a while to master but is great for managing the unit virtually on automatic control with minimal user intervention - the main reason I bought this unit - to preheat an area in my garage for early morning exercise on a treadmill.Post Purchase Review.I recently had a problem relocating the unit to a new wall location. The warranty support I received from Stiebel Eltron was exceptionally good so it is clear that strong product support is available beyond the point of sale.

Purchased a hot water system 12 months ago and it’s continuing leaking oil. Have rang the plumber 4-5 times plus the rep has rang me saying this is normal on a hot day. Today it is STILL leaking at it is a cool day! I’m really unhappy with the service (or lack of) I have received. What do I do now!!
