Was served by Wayne. Excellent service, gave great advice and he was very professional in terms of his knowledge regarding suits and measurements. Highly recommend PJ if you're looking for a well fitted suit that is tailored to your measurements.

We went to the PJ at Westfield Doncaster on sat (6/7) at about 2pm and was shocked by the attitude of the salesman there.I have at least 4 suits purchased from PJ at other locations and the staff were usually good, except for this time at Doncaster! My wife and I walked out the shop promising ourselves never to go back there!There was a salesman that was nasty, condescending an almost insulting! I showed a photo of the suit I saw on the website and asked the salesman if he had it in stock, immediately he said yes I have but it is NOT at the $359 price per the website. He raised his voice and said loudly “there are no suits at $359 of that quality! For your budget of $359 u can almost not get anything there.” He went on and on (raising his voice) about how I can’t expect to get a suit for the $359 price. For some reason, he came across angry at us as if he already had a bad experience with customers like us... if i didn’t know better I would even think he was a racist! Anyway, we walked out and lucky for that as by doing so we bought 2 suits from Myer for around $1K. It’s not that we can’t afford good pricey suits but I was looking for some spare suits for work and thought of going to PJ as I normally do. But thanks to that “bitter unclassy potentially racist sales man, I managed to get some good quality suits elsewhere. PJ is a good company but I think u need to educate your sales people and tell them to get off their high horse!

We went Peter Jackson for our best friends wedding as the suits are amazing! The whole experience was unbelievable! We dealt with Frank and honesty the most professional salesperson we've ever meet! He was personable and genuinely had the grooms best interests at heart. If you looking for bridal party suits and someone to REALLY look after please go see Frank.. thank you from the Armocida party

Was in need of a suit refitting only a few weeks before a big event. Even though it was a different PJ's to the one where i first got the suit, they were more than happy to help and went above and beyond to get the right suit for me in such a short period of time. Even as far as calling stores nationally to help me out.Thanks to the team there.

We went to Peter Jackson Doncaster on the 13th of May in the afternoon at around between 2 to 3 pm. There were two sales, one of which a middle aged man who served us. He was clearly not trained well. After having tried 3 jackets, he started to get very impatient and kept asking me how many I wanted to buy, making me feel if I don't buy more I am allowed to try. We'll avoid Peter Jackson Doncaster next time as long as the sales guy is still there.

George was amazing, guessed my husband and brothers sizes off the bat just by looking at them. Super friendly, and informative! 10/10 service. You can tell he has been doing it for over 30 years. Suits look and feel incredible!

I shopped Peter Jackson at Westfield Doncaster where George is something of an institution. He fitted me out with a new suit for a funeral, together with all the accessories at great prices: and was as patient as he was helpful. Great classic, gracious and unhurried service. The same man fitted out my son and groomsmen for his wedding a few years ago, and the same for one of his mate’s wedding parties more recently. Great man, great shop, great service.
