Hard to give a rating for these guys but I've decided a 3 (or a 2.5) is probably best applicableI've been a frequent customer here for years but now I'm looking for alternatives. I don't find the quality of work is up to scratch. It's fine if you just need your business shirts washed and ironed but anything more than that is where you run into problems.Multiple times I've asked for minor repairs on clothes (zippers, hems, etc) and only to pick it up and the work has not been done. When I take it back it feels like a situation where It's your word against mine". They're not hostile but not quite apologetic for making a mistake.Also
