This was a very positive experience. My car took a nasty whack while parked, and was going to need some advanced repair (not just cosmetic, but steering rack etc), so I decided to go to a BMW shop.Fortunately I had choice of repairer with my insurance (shannons), so I didn't have to go to some lowest bidder AAMI general repairer who definitely wouldn't have done as good a job.The repair job was brilliant. I can't tell the car had any damage. The steering is perfect , looks great, and tracks perfectly.The service from the staff here was really good too. Kept me informed, and complete no hassle repair. I really appreciate places that respect how much I love my car, and do a such a good job.I would recommend this shop to anyone who is after a quality repair (and not the rushed jobs you get with the discount insurer repairers)
