I’ve purchased a few items from the store and I love every time I go there from the service to the installations. I bought the focal bathys, the sennheiser IE 900 and a few dac and amps. Everything working well I have had no issues.

Was in the process of upgrading my home theatre setup for better music and reached out to the store in Richmond, VIC. This was a very pleasant experience and the advice I got from Jason was superb. This enabled me to get a very good outcome with my limited budget. I am an average consumer and not an audiophile but felt very comfortable and welcome. Looking forward to working with this team again. They have a beautiful showroom in Richmond.

In love with the Bowser and Wilkins headphones! The customer service was fantastic and the shop looks elegant. I felt like a millionaire walking in and out of there. The noise cancellation headphones even match my fashion sense, love them! Highly recommend addicted to audio. It was a little challenging to find as there wasn't a big sign out the front.

Bought a couple of headphones from this shop and was happy with the service. That was until I bought a cheap headphone adapter that had a hissing sound with my headphones, and I had a really hard time returning it for a refund.They check the product and if it works in their set up, they don't care and don't accept returns. I was lucky they they had the same headphones as mine and they confirmed the issue with the adapter. Otherwise, I would be stuck with a broken product.My conclusion is that you can't have peace of mind when shopping with them. If there is a compatibility issues for your personal set up, you will have an unpleasant return experience and might lose your money. I guess because they sell a lot of exclusive stuff that you can't easily buy in other stores, makes them too relaxed in customer service department.Be aware, and if the product you want to buy is available from a store with a return policy that you expect from shopping nowadays, buy from that store instead.

From my initial inquiries to answering a million questions over two months Jesse was incredibly helpful. I eventually bought my Focal Chora 826's on a Saturday and they were shipped Monday and arrived Tuesday in Canberra. Super fast service and amazing customer service! Could not be happier with service and product!Edit 2 weeks later TRULY Epic with Rega Brio-R / Node2i (with upgraded power supply). We have spent 2-3hrs most days and up to 10-12 hrs on weekends. Just listening and/or having music on.

Huge thank you to Addicted To Audio, specifically Ernie Yap for helping me sort out my custom moulded 64 Audio N8 IEMs. From the get go there was heaps of transparency and Ernie was great at responding to my emails when I had questions about some updates on my order for the past 3 months as they were getting made in the US. I’ll definitely be back for more gear and recommending more people to hit up Addicted To Audio when they need custom moulds!

Having an audio nerd in the family, but sadly lacking the gift myself, I've heard great stories about Addicted to Audio for years, and used many products from them, but never actually purchased one myself until now... when I had to buy a birthday present for this person. Seems they deserve their gift ;) because Addicted to Audio absolutely lived up to the hype! Amazing in 2023 to speak directly with a caring retail owner, and to experience such an efficient, updated-at-every-step-of-the-way ordering and shipping process - and with a better price on the DAC I bought than Amazon! Much recommended.
