Adam is extremely professional, helpful and understanding.He helped us (my sister and I both live overseas) to get our Mum (who is unable to manage her tech) re-connected after her phone broke down and we were unable to speak with her for almost 3 weeks.He went the extra mile with flexible scheduling so that we could be on the call from the US. Work was completed swiftly and professionally.Other, larger, supposedly more reputable shops (I won't name names) didn't seem prepared to work with us or just ghosted us when they found out they had to deal with us remotely.We know who we will call the next time Mum has any issues!

Adam always does an excellent job helping me with my computer problems. I am not computer savvy; and that would try any computer tech's patience. But no so with Adam. He is exceptionally patient. He is tenacious-driven when it comes to solving computer problems. He is so very skilled! And his rates are very affordable. I highly recommend Adam if you need computer help.

I use computers for work so when something goes wrong, it's important it gets dealt with quickly. When I was in Tassie, I had an important hard drive die. These guys were quick to get back to me and get me sorted out and were able to retrieve everything I had on it. Pretty affordable too. Would def use again.
