Wheel-Skills Rider Training

Completed both my Ls and Pre-Provisional MOS test here at Tuggerah. Staff are very professional and fair. The Ls test is designed for people who have never used a bike, so just listen and apply what you've learned and you'll be fine. Make sure you arrive 30 minutes early to avoid the risk of losing your money! Definitely recommend this place.

I did the provisional course here. The instructor was good, helpful and fair. She made an effort to help the course riders right up until the MOST test where you are on your own. I did not have any issues with how the course is run.In my experience it appears the instructor I had was experienced and enjoys her job.

Awesome environment , instructor Andy was very knowledgeable and helped ease everyone’s butterflies,money well spent and learnt a lot in the 2 days ,highly recommended

Missed the Newcastle openings, so went to Tuggerah, best investment I made in regards to my rider training.Not having a go at other training establishments, but our instructor was first rate. Not only was he knowledgeable, but he exuded confidence and professionalism.His instruction, not just on a bike, but also in delivery of rider knowledge and information was on point.Would seriously consider doing my P's there, because of the faith I have in him.Was lucky enough to have 2 younger guys in my group, they helped to make it a more fun environment to learn in an otherwise more serious situation.I wasn't there to pass judgement on premises or instructors, I was there to be trained and trained I was, left feeling bloody awesome about better bike knowledge, handling and safety.

DO NOT COME LATERan from the station and got to my learners course 20 minutes late, lost payment in full due to the late notice policy.107$ down the drain :/

The trainers I had for both my Learner and Provisional / MOST courses at Tuggerah, were amazingly helpful, they made me feel confident and they definitely have a passion for bikes and riding too!! I 100% recommend Wheel Skills for any beginner rider!!Thank you team, I am thoroughly enjoying my wind therapy!!

After attending the Tuggerah centre prior to having weightloss surgery the Instructor told my wife she would need to redo the training to better her gear changes at.Rang to arrange a refresher for her after surgery and was told she was denied as it has to be completed within two weeks even though she had just been in hospital.I told them my wife needed an additional weeks recovery from surgery and then requested over a 10 day period for the owner (Clare) to return our call and emails to discuss but to no avail. I Complained to Reception who stated they cannot make her return calls as she is the owner.Complained to Service NSW who asked who the operator was and then was told you'd be best to go straight to Fair Trading".After finally receiving a return call from the owner she stated that she could do the course at another location but not outside the 14days.I again contacted service New South Wales who stated that there is no requirement for the course to be re-completed within a 14-day period.Advising the owner of this and she replied What she had offered was above and beyond what she was obliged to do and would not entertain any further correspondence with my wife.No customer service
