would like to make a formal complaint. I called today the 31st Jan to confirm when my appointment was going to be because 3 weeks ago I was discharged from hospital for nearly hurting myself. When I called they told me there was a 3 week wait and I said that’s fine as I’m sure they will have a cancellation and so they took my details. When I called today the same receptionist tells me I am not in the system.This is very poor as I gave my details everything. Luckily enough I was smart enough to use the ST Vincent’s services and have a case worker who I see once a week. This was approved due to my circumstances and was finalised after calling your service and told I would have an appointment in three weeks.I have emailed and I case the same receptionist gets the email I’m writing this review. Make sure reconfirm a few times of trying to use this service at edgecliffe, I’m surprised when dealing with mental health you should not have receptionists who make errors
