Couldn’t be happier with our experience dealing with OTC. Ryan was knowledgeable in his trade and gave many good advices and suggestions. We were in and out of the store in 30minutes with everything we need for our bathroom renovation from bathtub to floor waste. Everything from selection, purchase and delivery went really smoothly. Everything was reasonably priced too. Highly recommend!

I came to OTC from some friends recommendations and have to admit I am glad I did. I dealt with Ryan one of the sales staff and it is one of the best dealings I have ever had in terms of customer service. As an example, he suggested ideas for my design, worked with my budget, recommended me my amazing builder(James from Avex building services) and even saw to the delivery of the items were on time. Things I didn’t understand, he went through in detail with me and the prices for his products are very reasonable.Thanks to Ryan and the team at OTC for their dedication to this customer-it has been a seamless experience!

We did a major home renovation last year in October. We had a wonderful shopping experience at OTC . Gary has been wonderful and knowledgeable. He is very responsive to my email queries and provided specifications which are required by our builder. The prices are also competitive and they have a wide range of choices for bathroom ware and tiles. Would recommend OTC and look for Gary Ip!

It's marvellous shop with amazing staff especially Gary Ip who is really impressive. Gary walked us through the store to pick up all the items we need for our renovations. It's a long list worth over $20k but Gary eventually printed all items purely based on his memory without missing a single item! Regarding the merchandises you can call it one stop shop for renovations. Price is reasonable and variety good too. We've been to larger store/warehouse which might have more varieties but we chose OTC as we think it has good balance of variety, style and price. I'd highly recommend OTC and Gary to my friends for their future renovations!

Their service was amazing especially Ryan. I gave 5 stars for their service the layout of the shop and variety.Their tiles are of average price but I did find the tiles I wanted for $12 less a square metre.I also found taps and shower accessories half the price although their prices are either compatible to most shops.I did buy my toilet from them which was an amazing price at nearly 50 % off.Honestly their service is outstanding.Plenty of parking behind the shop access from side street also plenty of side street parking.Easy access for wheelchairs and prams and roomy inside to move around
