They are very responsive and Liam came on time to our bathroom shower leak. On the same evening, we found that it was still leaking, and Liam came back to check after a day and apparently is our shower head that causes the extra water leak. They were very nice to come back to check with no extra charge. Highly recommend.

Liam and his team are awesome plumbers who care about satisfied customers. He came and saw us at short notice on a Saturday morning after his team installed a brand new HWS two days before. It was brand new, straight out of the box, but went out after a day working and we could not relight it. so we called Liam, something was not right. Liam was out promptly after we called (in between jobs) to check our issue, and failing to light the HWS himself after numerous attempts he quickly diagnosed the problem as a faulty part (thermocouple wire). He called the manufacturer to organise a quick service call, and got pretty poor service. In conversation with Liam they suggested we'd be without hot water for 6 days, before their only technician could make a service (service is it?) call.A long story told short, Liam was able to diagnose, the issue, fix the problem, light the HWS, and ensure we had hot water that morning. Liam was upset with the poor and seemingly uncaring attitude of the manufacturer and he pulled out all stops himself to ensure we were satisfied. This is the sort of firm he represents and I thoroughly recommend Liam and Willetton Plumbing (based in Hazelmere) to anyone who needs a great plumber and gasfitter.
