They have some nice products. However a lot of the stuff on their website is out of stock. So I got a few replacements that didn't match each other. As well as some items completely missing that I never heard back about.

I had some balloons blown up for a work event. I paid for additional additive to keep the up for longer.In less than 18hours they were half the size and dropping. Very disappointed

Not happy at all. Placed nearly a $200 order online of Halloween stuff. Never received a confirmation email, so I emailed asking and they said that their halloween stock has been packed away and shouldn't even be online. That they will let me know. I waited a week, still nothing. So emailed again, only to be told that they have issued me a refund and that there is just to much packed away". Pure bloody laziness if you ask me. If I was a worker there and someone emailed asking if they could go through their stock as it's for their sons birthday party. I would happily go through it. Just to make my customer happy. It's not hard ESPECIALLY seeing as it's been paid for and it was online saying that it is in stock. Bloody joke."

Terrible service. Ordered and paid for balloons 2 weeks prior to event. Turn up on the day to pick up balloons and they had mixed up the order date to a week prior and no one bothered to even call me . The balloons I had ordered and paid for were not available and I required the balloons for an event that day.

Phoned the store to order balloons for a birthday. Lady on the phone answered the phone so rudely and unprofessionally. Found out her name was Lilly. She asked me to text her what I wanted and she would get back to me. Still waiting. I will go elsewhere.

Its my go to store when looking for gifts and hard to locate essentials that you need to finish a crafty and party organisation. Love the aisles filled with neat stuff"!"

Girls at the front desk very rude and unhelpful. It was as though I was inconveniencing them by asking for assistance.Really disappointing

I enjoy walking through this store looking for gifts or costumes. They had a lot for Birthdays, Holloween, and Christmas. Isles can be busy and tight when you pass one another.
