I am very disappointed with my experience. I waited in line at the service desk with 3 people in front of me. I have no problem waiting, but when it was almost my turn a man suddenly comes and cuts in front of me and the lady proceeds to serve him before myself. It appears as though the man had previously dropped a key off to have four copies cut, plus had various other things for purchase. My problem with this situation having worked in retail customer service for over 15 years is that retail staff should never condone other customers cutting in front of other customers. I feel it’s important to share this experience so customer service can be improved which should always be a priority of a successful business.

its the worst bunnings I've been in Australia. nobody knows where anything is the service is not up to bunnings standards. I have been to most states off Australia and been in alots of bunnings. This place is no where near the level of any of them.

Absolutely infuriating, items placed well away from where they're supposed to be and basically no staff on the floor. I went to get some basics tomato fertilizer that instead of being placed in the correct isle that had plenty of vacant shelves it was isles away with the shovels etc. After walking to the other end of the store looking for help the guy said it had nothing to do with him and ask someone else, l explained I'd walked too where he is because there's no one else on the floor.

Bunnings Gladstone is a nice store to get all your home/house need with competitive prices.I love the arrangement of the aisle, however the bays are not easily located. It takes having to move around the racks to located the bays with the help of online search.What I usually do is to search on their app, note the bay number and the aisle. This has helped in locating the items I need in the store.The staff will welcome you with bright smile and play with the kids.They have friendly staff that are ready to help, also advise on choice of items to pick by explaining the good and the not so good about it.The store is strategically located and has items that I/we need. I have never been disappointed or not get what I need.I will recommend the store anytime, any day.

Ryobi sander grinder that is sold at Bunnings use a sanding belt 50x683 which is not held in stock. It is a bit disappointing that an item that is sold in your store has no replacement parts that wear out quickly. I have checked on line and none an be found anywhere within your franchise.It appears to me that you are there for the sole purpose of selling items and not to back up the sale. Your staff do their best to help but they can do nothing if they don’t have the help from senior management.It is services like this that make people buy on lineJohn A

Very rude staff, was told to pay at another counter last week then got told off today for walking to use it today. Then the old guy murmured something rude to me when he walked past again. If the staff don’t even know what to do at their own store how are the customers meant to? Customer service? What customer service
