Ciciban Kid's Shoes

Ciciban has been really helpful as we've needed shoes for orthotics to fit in. Not a lot of affordable options around other than Ciciban. The team here have been really helpful to us the last few years.

Fantastic customer service. They welcome you and are very attentive. They measure your childs food properly and have a variety of shoes to suit different shaped feet. I finally found some shoes that fit my 2year old daughter properly, she has a very high arch and all the shoes i would buy her elsewhere would cut into her and cause her discomfort. This is the only place i will shop for her shows now!

Our family and friends have been using Ciciban shoes for many generations, and there is a reason for that. Growing feet need the right support, stability, comfort, flex, and more importantly, fit. We Australians need to be educated more on the importance of shoes and feet, in order to fully understand health benefits, and also the ramifications of wrong footwear choices. Once we finally found Ciciban kid's shoes, we contacted Filip, who spent a lot of his time sharing his expertise and knowledge with us. As the previous google reviewer stated, we were also interstate, and only had an option of an over the phone fitting for our 11 month old boy. We decided to go with one of Filip's recommendations and to our pleasant surprise, they turned out more than perfect, our baby even cried when he had to take them off !We were also contacted by other members / employees of the family for a follow up, to see if the shoes had arrived, and how they fit. Now that is the kind of customer service I like.Prices are very competitive for an imported product, on par and in some instances cheaper than what we see overseas.I will recommend this store to anyone with kids, not only because we are happy with our purchase, but more importantly as stated above, to give other little growing feet the best they can get.
