I love the variety of poses that Mon takes us through. I'm a beginner so I really appreciate her clear direction.

Monique is a fantastic teacher, and also a genuinely lovely person (which I feel is important when you’re listening to someone talk at you for an hour or more). Her directions are clear and precise so you’re not looking up to check you’re doing the right thing, and she’s very observant, constantly checking you’re positioning. Her classes are truly for all levels, and although you’ve worked hard you’ll somehow come out relaxed and in good spirits. Restorative classes are my favourite, a great way to relax and unwind after a week of caring for little children. Thanks, Mon.......Prue Little

The restorative yoga session I attended with Monique was absolutely fantastic. It was just what I needed. Being a stay at home mum means little time for myself, this was a special birthday treat to myself but it is definitely going to become a regular thing. I can’t wait for my next session.
