Came out to do a quote, said he would email it later in the day and never did. I followed up the next day with a call and no answer, then a msg. He only msg later in the day saying he will have it sent to me ASAP. He never did and that was Friday! I called again yesterday and sent a text no resoonse! So unprofessional. If you are not interested in doing the job you could of have said that. Not come out and then say i will email then nothing. It is a shame as you guys did our first house no issues but clearly things have changed and you have gone down the hill! Very unprofessional and def would not recommend. Dont waste your time!
