I first saw Ash as part of a colour correction. I was desperate and devastated because my hair was so bad. She immediately made me feel at ease. Explained how it would be fixed and let me decide what to do next. No pressure and no fuss. Just the truth. Her primary focus - to keep my hair healthy and to create a consistent look. That was about 4 years ago. I would follow her wherever she goes but I’m so happy she’s in her own space. A creative soul a scientist and absolutely committed to kindness and self care for all her clients equally. She’s rare and she’s super real. If you want to update your look or preserve your hair or be inspired to create something new this woman is who you need to see. It’s never boring and it’s always innovative and safe. It’s a journey that makes you feel amazing. She always knows what to do and what not to do. The chemistry of colour is mapped in her brain as she runs her fingers through your hair. Adding the fabulous Fiona to her team has been such an incredible addition to the energy in her space. Ash is the best thing to ever happen to my hair. No one can do what she does. My hair is healthy and in the best condition it’s ever been in even after having colour multiple times. Love this place!

Came today to freshen up my hair. Haven't had hair color in 8 years and I am beyond happy with the result. Phoebe went above and beyond and achieved the exact result I wanted. My hair looks sunrises despite the rough winter we had. In general everyone has been so lovely and accommodating the entire time I was there. I highly recommend this salon. On top, you can really see how much thought is put in the design of the salon itself. All the beautiful details and colours are carefully selected. I also appreciate that they serve your water in a glass carafe and a glass straw. Flawless !

Devastated. I came in with fairly damaged blonde hair on my first appointment and three appointments later it's in even worse condition and now a horrible pinky-reddish-brass. Ash talked me into having balayage and all-over gloss which I hadn't had before, told me I didn't suit the ash blonde I'd had for over ten years, and completely changed the colour from the original blonde to a honey blonde first appointment and now auburn. I'm beyond gutted, I have hair that's breaking off from whatever has been put on it and feel sick every time I look in the mirror. Pics are from my final appointment at my old hairdresser, who sadly retired, and today. GUTTED. They offered to attempt to fix it but I'm going to find another salon, if this is what can happen in three appointments, why would I go back for a fourth?ETA: a few weeks later and my hair is even more trashed. The lengths snapped off so it’s all short and horrible. The new salon I went to said the ends had been burned off with over bleaching. I’m now resting it for eight weeks and will then have to start again with colour. I already had to cut it. Starting again when my hair was fine before is just a cluster. Guess it’s hats for me until summer.

I went to Salon by Ash after more than a year of not having my hair done. Even though it was a big job Fiona took it completely within her stride and came up with a solution that was a little outside the box but worked soooo well. My hair was quite dark and she combined foils and balayage to create such a beautiful natural blonde. Highly recommend, they are pros!!!

She has created an amazing space filled with her fun vibe and unique style and supported by a great team. I've been going to Ash now for 6 years. Before Ash I was hopping from salon to salon trying to find a consistent stylist to look after my colour and cut. I heard great reviews about Ash so I had a consultation with her and was blown away by her professionalism, expertise and incredible passion. I have not turned back and would not trust anyone else with my hair. I even moved to Paris and got Ash on the phone with my new stylist to help them understand what I like! Ash knows more about what I want then I do. Ash's skills, passion, beautiful energy, infectious laugh, gorgeous salon and the fact that people constantly comment on my hair, keep me coming back and I cannot recommend her more.
