Bad customer service. Called the 1300 number on website to arrange a quote, ‘Adrian’ picked up acting as if it was the wrong number, stating the call was diverted to his mobile (which is provided on the website also) and said to call back another time???

12 years ago they did my kitchen, laundry and toilet in my old place. I was really happy with the service and advice I still had their number. When I moved we called them again this time to update our two bathrooms and kitchen splash-back. They did not disappoint. A big thumbs up. Will use again.
