Car wash, our car was very grubby and dusty. Pulled in to ask if ok, due to our car being very dusty. The lady was fantastic, couldn’t be more helpful. Extremely happy with the help and the results of the wash. Fantastic and highly recommend.

I didn’t see the sign that said “no caravans or Motorhomes” my fault for not seeing the sign. But when the owner rolls up and gets stuck into me about having the motorhome there, turns the machine off and tells me to get it out of here!!! I apologised immediately because i did not see the 800x800 sign at the entrance, but the owner ( i presume she was the owner ) kept her rudeness level at a peak and said just get it out of here. I still had about $10 worth of coins in there, that does not matter too much, just how very rude the lady was. Lots of dirty cars in Charters !

Went through the laser car wash and paid $20 for the top wash. The attendant was super helpful and she eagerly answered all my questions. I wasn’t sure if I had too much mud on the car. I thought that $28 for a clean and vacuumed car was very reasonable. Thank you

Jo and her team have so much pride in their service for the town! And the upgraded automatic carwash makes a super busy week so simple and easy when I don’t have time to give my Driving School cars a decent wash before a test!Thank you Jo and your team!

Went in to use laundromat, signs EVERYWHERE telling people what they can't do. Washing expensive at $6 a load but alright, drying very expensive at $1 per 5min. After 40mine neither of my not Al size loads anywhere near dry, when I approached owner who I'd been chatting to about the amount of signs she didn't care.Took my still wet clothes up the road 1$ per 10 min and better machines.

Has to be one of the best car wash we have been to. Paid the $20 was well worth. Jo the owner came out to help chamois the car, she was a delight. Great service keep up the great work.

Car wash was ok but passive aggressive signage everywhere comes across very unprofessional. Self wash facility was expensive. Facilities seemed well looked after but I wouldn't come back purely because of the threatening, passive aggressive signs everywhere.

Was a normal car wash . With an entertaining wash selection . Fancy wash or just a bloody wash -Lady that came over to assist with payWave as it is temperamental. Was a real character. Definitely not the best car wash around or cleanest due to a lot red dirt. Due to location and environment that it is in . Still washed the car fine and did what it supposed to.
