Ken and Bio were awesome when it came to the handling of our rental property. From the initial listing to the open inspections everything was handled professionally and efficiently. Pathetic service! Our application was rejected even without the proper documentation. The co-applicant did not receive any email regarding document submission, I called the concerned agent and she did not respond twice. The same day we got an email stating that our application was not successful.Please do not apply through them.
