Staff here are pleasant and helpful in providing details of the range of equipment for hire. They also do well organising for the equipment to be available when it is required. However, they have no idea of how to manage accounts. I’ve encountered numerous account errors that have caused a lot of frustration and wasted a lot of time. Ipswich really needs someone who knows how to do accounts because their account systems seem to be unworkable.
