Bondi 38 Serviced Apartments
We had a girls weekend at Bondi 38 and thought these apartments were absolutely perfect. The place was spotless and had everything we needed. The view is incredible - I would say you couldn't get better. Right on the beach and surrounded by all the great restaurants. We will definitely be back!

Our experience was amazing! The location was perfect… convenient to everything! My daughter and I were upgraded to the most beautiful apartment and views. Wonderful toiletries and amenities were included. Such great service throughout our stay! It was hard for us to leave and we will certainly return!

Great spot! Restaurants, bars, and of course that beach. We got the veranda ocean view and it’s well worth the money. Sitting on the balcony watching the hustle and bustle and the iconic beach was memorable. Check in was easy and convenient … would be great for other places to take its lead. Comfortable bed and apartment with air con and tvs and wifi. I would do it again. Thank you

We found Bondi 38 Serviced Apartments lacking in quite a few areas.Booked a room with a sea view however when we checked in there was no sea view. The access code did not work either and that happened more than once which was a real inconvenience. The staff are rude and unhelpful to say the least, not sure how they ended up in customer service, particularly the older crabby woman who we thought may have been the owner. We were warned by other guests after checking in about the rude customer service they’d also received too, so it seems poor service is the norm here.There were hairs on the bed, and in the bathroom on the floor, the place didn’t feel clean, attention to detail was certainly lacking. The room had a strange smell.Needless to say we won’t be staying here again.

Had the pleasure of staying at Bondi 38. The room was incredibly spacious with a kitchenette, extended balcony, large bathroom, and an incredible view of Bondi beach. Great spot within walking distance of Woolworths and plenty of restaurants. Vickie (the proprietor) was very accommodating to requests and went above and beyond to help. Highly recommend this property (esp. room 4) to business travellers on medium-long term stays or couples seeking a holiday. Thanks Vickie for your warm hospitality.

Lovely serviced apartments! Stunning view of Bondi Beach! Great location! Walking distance to numerous restaurants, shops, and bars. Clean & modern rooms equipped with all the essentials. Large balcony with beautiful ocean view. Surprisingly quiet when balcony doors are closed.Room was excellent! Very clean, modern and had all the essential amenities.

The view was absolutely amazing, location is great, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The customer service from Vickie was amazing, she was so lovely and very helpfully. We will definitely be back!

Bondi 38 Serviced Apartments
We stayed at Bondi 38 serviced apartments. Worst place we have stayed in Sydney by far. If you want to avoid cockroaches, do not stay here, we saw multiple cockroaches, absolutely disgusting. Very overpriced for what it is and customer service was absolutely horrendous too, staff are so rude and careless. Avoid!!! Do not waste your time or money, we will never stay here again. I rarely review but felt I had to after our unpleasant stay here.

Room 6. The Disability friendly room was fantastic. Totally accessible and set up great for wheelchair. The View from the room was amazing. Beds extremely comfortable. Bathroom spacious and clean. Shower chair provided too.Thank you to reception who answered any questions and were helpful finding out information for us on accessible walks around the area.Car park was provided for one night during our stay. It is a little walk away from the apartment, but this was explained to us at the time of booking it.Thank you for a wonderful stay. We will definitely be back.

Location, location, location! What a stunning view over Bondi Beach from apartment 10! Well equipped, clean and spacious 2 bedroom apartment with comfortable beds and all the mod cons included. Vickie, the manager is lovely, super organised with the check-in procedure and very helpful. When in Bondi, that's the place to be!
