High Street Pharmacy Randwick

I use this pharmacy to get the drugs I need for the Infusion Clinic upstairs. I don’t normally write reviews, but I wanted to write one here to recognise the fantastic service I receive at Your Chemist in Randwick. Really friendly and helpful staff, very accomodating and a pleasure to deal with.

Great customer service

I’m nervous with needles. I was greeted by a friendly warm welcoming pharmacist Erica that eased my mind. Keep up the good work!

The only place that always had rapid Covid test. Very reliable.

Every time I go into Your Chemist Shop on Hight Street in Randwick I have a great experience. The staff and Chemists are all friendly and extremely knowledgable. They are always very helpful and provide excellent service. I also love that they have lots of seasonal and ever changing gifts in the windows. Perfect little toys to buy last minute gift ideas, especially if you need to visit a sick child in the Children’s Hospital across the road.

Excellent service and lovely staff. I had my covid vaccination here and it was so easy, the staff were very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back.

RIPS OFF AND DECEIVES DISABLED PENSIONERSI said to the assistant as soon as I walked in that I wanted them to double check they had all 4 of my medications before making any up as I didn't want to go to 2 chemists. The assistant told the chemist and nothing was said to me so I assumed all was well.When the chemist approached me, she had 3 of my medications and said they didn't have the 4th! I told her that I specifically wanted them to check so as to avoid this exact situation! The chemist didn't seem to care.Then she told me the price and I questioned it. Normally I pay $5.60 - $6.60 for medications at any other chemist but one was over $13 and the other over $8! I questioned this as well and the chemist said she gave me non generic brands!The chemist knew I am a disabled pensioner yet didn't even ask if I wanted generic brands and was not even sorry or ashamed when I questioned it.The chemist who was serving on 3 Dec 2021 at 930am should hang her head in shame! For the sake of ripping me off on 2 prescriptions and wasting my time, she's lost a customer and earnt herself a public shaming on a Google review.

Very warm, welcoming staff. Fair prices. They do covid vaccines too
