I have always been extremely impressed with the professional service that Luke has provided. Nothing is too much trouble and he goes above and beyond to get the job done. He communicates well and I have been extremely happy with both the alarm and security cameras he has installed for me at home. His after sales service is also impeccable and has solved a few minor issues for me quickly and efficiently. He is highly recommended.

The installation was great but having huge problems with after sales service. The security app didn't move across to my new phone and numerous calls and emails for assistance are being ignored. I was told they would try to help but no one ever gets back to me despite chasing them a number of times. So now I have a system that won't work properly and no where to go for assistance. Really disappointed in the service (or lack thereof) once the system is established.

Abetter Alarms & Vacuums
Abetter was fantastic to work with and Luke is a class act. He explained our options for our central vacuum system and spent a lot of time with us, figuring out the placement of the unit and ports. He was on time, friendly and is obviously experienced in home installations. I have no complaints and no suggestions for improvement. Abetter can't get any better.
