These people employ yahoos. One of their drivers was speeding through Armstrong creek and Waurn ponds no regard for anyone else. Tailgating and also ran a red light. License plate number XV710N on Friday the 14th of April @10am.

Claytons helped design and build my kitchen - they were so generous with their time and were so helpful with recommendations on how best to maximize the space.Sugar in particular was incredible. She made everything so easy and made it feel like it was her house. I can’t recommend more highly.Sugar also helped with designing our outdoor barbecue unit which we love. We can’t imagine our house without it now.

Terrible quality work, slow responses to repair and zero effort to communicate. JG King use them and my reviews with them will advise customers to insist they avoid Claytons. The cabinetry laminate has marks and scratches all over it (but all within Australian Standards, they’ll tell you), and the caesarstone tops had machine marks all over them. It took more than 3 months for them to fix it. Quantity over quality is apparently their business model.

Poor qualify cabinetry service and installation. Our whole house needed cabinetry repairs. Do not use.

The service was spot on. They always kept us well informed with dates and times . Sugar and Glen went way and above to ensure the Job was to a high standard. The finished product was exactly what we envisioned and they provide a high quality of product . Thanks so much and you already have people interested in your product that have seen our kitchen .

Above Expectations , Ashley fixed the issue with Kitchen bench, good to see the pride in his work, this should of been picked up by Builder before handing over to client ,poor quality control from builder.Thanks Ashley ,wife very happy.

Beware of this company. We built with Simonds homes and they use this company for their cabinetry. We paid a lot of money to upgrade to Two Pak. Firstly they help up us moving into our home as they kept on installing cabinets that had dents and scratches. And then they take 4 weeks to fix and it’s still not right. They dont return calls. And they make appointments to supposedly install fixed cabinetry and cancel in the last minute a few hours before they are meant to come. Then you voice your displeasure about having to stay home and wait for them and they just dont call. Their product is nice looking but very poor. The Two pack chips and scratches very easily just by slightly movements. And when i told them about it, they said yeh it is very fragile. I had to ask for more touch up paint. But you guessed it, they didnt provide any or allow me to buy some. I am telling you now, dont use this company they are very bad and obviously cant deal with their work flow as i think Metricon even use them. You pay top dollar but their service and product is really bad.

I am very disappointed with the quality finish of the kitchen cabinetry. I am currently building my home with Simonds. I’m also building another investment property with Simonds. In my current home, the cabinetry finish is of poor quality. There are screws everywhere inside the cabinetry which means holes made everywhere, not tidy and workmanship is not good. I tried to call them several times and so did my SS and CRC but it appears that things are not getting resolved. The drawers are tight, soft close is not working properly. The shelves are not sturdy. Claytons, quality is a very important component of a house build and customer satisfaction. I just want to resolve these issues so I’m asking the owner to come see or review this himself, that would be great.

Built with Metricon who use Clayton's. Waiting months now trying to get them to come and finish the job. Trim missing, self close doors not closing, doors not lining up, glue marks on stone bench. Metrican advise they have now raised this as urgent with them and still no response. They have really soured the build experience for us.

We have done multiple renovations and working with Claytons for our Kitchen has been an absolute dream. They helped us with design as well as delivery and installation. The communication and support was regular and the team was very empathetic and approachable. The quality of our kitchen is unexpectedly amazing given the price. Even the screws that hold up our shelves are top quality. I wouldn't have a hesitation recommending them. Great price, quality and support. 10/10.
