Complete waste of money - our agent went overseas and didn't even notify us while our claim was still in process. So it sat there unattended and when we followed up, was passed onto another agent who cared even less about it. Zero follow up, no accountability and couldn't even answer basic questions. Save yourself the time and just google how to fill out your tax form". Lodge it yourself you're just as qualified."

Very poor service no one responds to emails or phone calls. My return has been dragged out for months resulting in being fined by the ATO. Can someone finally respond???

I had the Rozelle NSW H&R Block office prepare and lodge my personal income tax return for the past 2 years. It was done efficiently and professionally and the staff were knowledgeable with their advice. I wouldn't hesitate to return next year.
