Horrible experience misinformed during my MSIC card renewal now its expired I cannot go back to work and still dont have the issue resolved

The only thing i dont like about them is that they dont give full validity upon renewal. They induce people to apply early in the name of delays and then only give them validity from the background check approval date, which is unfair as people lose about 1-2 months. Its a big Scam!!! Consumer affairs should look into it. The process is quite simple but u dont get the value for your money, as promised.

1-Stop Connections didn’t accept a Job Ready certificate issued by Veritas even though Veritas is a Department of Home Affairs authorised MSIC issuing body and both Veritas & 1-Stop Connections request a background check through AusCheck.1-Stop Connections has terrible email customer service as they never answered any of my emails, I had to ring them instead to get anything done.1-Stop Connections took 23 days to issue a refund and they kept 10% ($73.34) of the original transaction amount as an administration fee which is outrageous. Originally they promised to refund the money 13 days later but when that day arrived they emailed me to tell me there was a delay and that it had been escalated to the accounts team. I received a “Refund Confirmation” 7 days later but only after I had called them 3 times. It took a further 3 days to actually receive the refund onto the credit card after 1-Stop Connections had emailed me a “Refund Confirmation”.1-Stop Connections’ card manufacturer took 8 days to print the MSIC Terminal Access Card whereas Veritas printed off my blue MSIC card the same day I paid for it.I originally applied for a blue MSIC card + MSIC Terminal Access Card with 1-Stop Connections and then I had that application converted to a MSIC Terminal Access Card only and I finally received it. The whole process from first applying to receiving my MSIC Terminal Access Card took 27 days and no background check is required for an MSIC Terminal Access Card so that didn’t factor into the very long waiting time.

I rang to ask for MSIC card and the guy answered and I got transferred to another guy and he answered me in a very rude way , no way I’m doing the card with them anymore

CANNOT GET THROUGH BY PHONE , BEEN TRYING FOR HALF AN HOUR - TERRIBLE SERVICE/SYSTEM !!

OVER 6 WEEKS NO MSIC NO JOB ABOUT TO LOOSE MY HOUSE BEHIND ON MORTGAGE NOW

I applied msic card renewal through them and had difficulties with some of my documents and I have been asking them help for three weeks and never got help. I requested refund they asked me my bank details and i gave them i waited 1 week didn't receive my money back and they are ignoring my phone calls . I definitely don't recommend to anyone.
