Good Rate, Good people, Good way to get points

This is a fraudulent business I think. In a April one of client used our services back in April 2019 and the bill was around $1300. Live group emailed me by saying this is transaction has been disputed so send us proofs to prove this transaction is legit. We sent all the proofs where customer’s driver singed messages exchanged screenshots between technicians and the owner also Receipt of the payment.But last night got email they going to charge back. Without any clarification and outcome notification this morning the payment has been taken out from our company account.Going to lodge a formal complaint and will go all the way, wherever this matters will go now.

Live Eftpos cannot be trusted. They are not represented by the Australian Financial services onbudsman, which I only found out when I went to go make a formal copmplaint. They debited our customer for a $10,000 transaction, only to block it and then demand drivers license/signed invoice and a photocopy of the credit card. Our customer is not willing to provide such information to a third party and now we are being told that we need to reverse the transaction so it can be processed by a real bank? AND to make matters worse - your staff have forgotten to commence the reversal so it will have taken 20 business days to reverse. Escalating it to a manager of the credit review team has no improvement. A warning for all others out there.
