Early morning frantic search for a part to meet a midday deadline for my daughter’s driving test.So helpful over the phone and in person. Genuine customer service. Were so helpful that I was compelled to leave a review and it was no surprise to then see the feedback from other customers.Great customer service is so rare these days. Would give 10 stars if I could.Bonus that I got back in time for the driving test and my daughter passed!

I purchased a gearbox and had their mechanics do the install. The gearbox is fine and operates as it should (so far). Unfortunately the workmanship was poor and when I raised my concerns with them the mechanic did not take ownership of the issues they caused. I was upset with how they treated my car in disassembly and reassembly. They did not offer any immediate solution just said that when I am ready to do more work with them then they will take action. Poor customer service overall.

Friendly, helpful staff. I purchased a second hand motor from them and they installed. Everyday I tell someone how I can’t believe I got something back where the job was done right and I have no issues. Highly recommend.

Booked my car in . Today blake was great fantastic service . Took my car to 3 different mechanics couldnt find noise in front . These guys found it fixed it and changed another part over needed replacing im so happy with these guys knowledge and service and workmanship . phil was a great mechanic who was very knowledgeable and had great strategic appraoch to fixing my car turned out better then the way it came in im so happy with it now my car is like new again thankyou again wap for a great visit and awesome price love your work keep it up will be going to these guys from now on .
