Matte Image

I went to matte print, to print a couple of my photos and needed some help with size and type of paper. So I went into the studio and Matt was very helpful and I ordered my photos to be printed directly with him. Unfortunately, nothing arrived, within his given timeframe. After an extra week waiting, I text messaged, called and emailed but no communication from their side. I received the next day a message from Aus post 'my parcel is about to arrive'. So good so far, I unpacked and realized one Print wasn't the right size, so I messaged Matt to tell him, he apologized and said he would send it out same day. I waited and nothing arrived. I messaged him again: no answer, messaged again: still no answer. I have given up by now. Maybe my prints were not important enough!?I understand if a business is very busy ATM and orders take longer to process, however some level of communication would be great. The prints are very high quality and beautiful paper, there would be nothing to complain about!I am quite sad it has come to this point, we had started off really well and I hoped being able to work with them together in the future.

Such a pleasure going through Matte Image to get some digitals printed. I have no idea about prints but the Matt and the team were super lovely and helpful, which was really appreciated! The prints are such good quality, they look beautiful. 10/10

Best printers in town. Not only are their products top quality they have an amazing range of beautiful papers to print your work/art on to create any unique look you're after. They are always looking at new materials or ways to display/hang pieces and I love their passion for that.
