The Nail Lounge

I've been going to this place for over 2 years but the last experience was SO HORRIBLE. There was new girl who was so rude to me the whole time, she also charged me $10 to remove ONE gel nail then also tried to charge me extra for another coat because their gel colour was too sheer. I've never been charged for an extra coat nor charged for 1x nail removal!! what a joke. I told them I was unhappy about this and she gave me so much sass and attitude and told me to talk to the manager which conveniently wasn't available to talk. They told me she would get in touch when she was in and it's been 3 weeks, I'm still waiting.Such a shame because usually great service but one new lady who was so incredibly rude ruined whole experience and view of the salon.

I had a lash lift and tint with Dom on Saturday and found the whole experience to be great. Dom was friendly, professional and knew the balance of when to talk and when to let me relax in silence. She did the whole procedure with care, ending in a great result. She achieved a good lift with my lashes and the tint was a great colour. The Nail Lounge was very clean and well looked after. I will definitely be back for my next tint!

Loved my experience at The Nail Lounge - the staff is so friendly and the the vibe is relaxed and comfortable. Jaime took great care of me for my a deluxe pedicure and express manicure. I appreciate that they use more environmentally friendly products. Feels like a neighborhood gem. Super easy to book online a few days ahead. Definitely book ahead, this place is popular!

Expensive manicure ( not a gel) $40. Dried X 15 minutes then was told to let dry another hour. Walked for an hour and never touched a thing. At the end of the day I realized one nail was partially scratched. I went in the next day and asked if a coat could be put on the nail. There were no customers in the salon. The technician said her customer was late 5 minutes and said she could not help me.It would have taken 2-3 minutes of kindness (and I would have paid) to put some plain nail polish on the nail . Would recommend to be a bit nicer to out of town guests.

A nice space but it was quite a long appointment compared to other places I’ve been to for the same service (mani). Was also disappointed that there was stuff left under my nails and the French wasn’t as neat as I’ve had before. I also was charged twice and it seemed weird that I had to pay again rather than just get refunded from the incorrect charge. I emailed and rang without hearing back so hoping it works out. Overall just felt rushed and a bit clunky.

First time an establishment has removed gel off properly. Further, my nails didn't feel any weaker from the removal as they usually felt at other salons. Definitely coming back!
