Very helpful at first, then things go down hill in the customer service department once your order has been placed! I purchased a full set of toner cartridges for our office printer however the printer has an issue and wont print with the new toner's installed, MPS said they could send a technician to sort out the issue and that the technician would contact me the following week, we waited for 3 weeks and no contact, I have had to call back 4 times with action finally taken on the 4th call to send out the technician. the products are good and well priced but customer service and following up on client inquiry's needs addressing!

Have used Master print for several years . Always have been kept upto date with the latest products and specials by their fastidious salesman Austen . Had an issue with the near new printer the other day which they supplied . AustenHad it sorted quickly with no quibble. Good customer service . Will use again.

Recently bought a printer and toner from master print solutions. Matthew Cruze was outstanding! He had the printer at my doorstep the very next day. He had outstanding customer service and helped me pick the right printer for my needs. Would highly recommend master print solutions and ask for MATTHEW CRUZE it's the only person I'll deal with going forward for all my business and personal printing needs.

to put it simply: they're a scam!accept an order from them once, and not only will you be given ridiculously overpriced ink toners in return, but you'll also be bombarded with calls claiming that you have several other toners on back order. (read: you probably don't.) but hey, throwing in a gift will get you to go through with it, right? (read: you probably don't need it.)they might struggle" to recall previous conversations

Have been dealing with Mathew for over a year now and wow what a pleasure it has been, he calls to check in every 2-3 months to see if we need any more toners, also to check up on how the printer he supplied us is runnng. Once again great company and always had a plesent experience.
