Wire-Not Electrical

I used Wire Not Electrical for the first time. They were recommended to me by another person.Andrew who attended to do the quote was prompt, on time, clean and polite. I accepted the written quote and the work was completed promptly.The work was exceptional and tidy.The whole experience was exceptional. Thank you.

Used Wire-Not to repair electrical sub mains to my property. Had a power outage and the next morning Wire-Not had an electrician on site. Unfortunately it was a bigger problem then expected. Spoke with Ben the project manager and was given a quote and a report on what had occurred so that I could provide to the body corporate.Works to repair the electrical sub-mains were completed in a reasonable time and I always had a quick response from Ben when I called him.In the end they provided great documentation that I could provide to the body corporate regarding the damage sub-mains.I give Wire-Not a great review as they were always fast at answering phones, completed quality work and tidied up the work site to a great standard.

I spoke we Brent today asking for help with an electrical problem which the householder feared could lead to a medical emergency as the resident is on oxygen life support. Brent gave me 20 mins of him time over the phone stepping me through trouble shooting until we solved the problem, at no charge. Awesome person thank you greatly.

My first appointment with Wire-Not was fantastic! I cannot recommend them highly enough. The electrician was early and waiting patiently when I arrived home. He worked efficiently and explained everything clearly. Everyone I have spoken to in this company has been courteous and helpful. They responded to my request for help at short notice and provided excellent service. Their follow up has also been excellent.

I couldn't praise them any higher. We were on holiday and our young adult son rang us to say that our downstairs section hadn't had any power but all circuit brakers where still in on position.I rang Wire-not, described the issue and first up they tried to trouble shoot via phone, as they had no available technician for the day. Unfortunately nothing worked. Brent, who I was talking to, then decided to check with one of the crew if there might be a chance to slip a job in on the day, rather next day. And so they went above and beyond, bent backwards and forwards and eventually came 3 hours later to our Son's rescue. The problem was a faulty safety switch and got changed in next to nothing. The work was done at a very good price.Thank you so much Brent and Chris. You took a lot of stress off us. I wish there were more trades with such a high customer first attitude. Keep it up.

Andrew and the team at Wire-Not have assisted me both personally and professionally with my business and I wouldn’t recommend any other electrical company if you’re looking for professional, knowledgeable and experienced electricians in the Brisbane area.

We lost our power on the Sunday and Wire-Not Electrical was recommended to us. We called and left a message as they aren't open on weekends, but within 10 minutes Andrew called and offered to come that day. We were loaned a generator, so we were able to wait until Monday for an electrician to come. Andrew rang Monday morning at 7.30 am as promised and assured me that Mark would be at my house at 10.30am. Mark arrived earlier at 9.30am and restored our power. Ben and Chris were absolutely amazing they explained everything in easy to understand way, showed up on time and finished without an issues. Absolutely incredible customer service, I would highly recommend this company for any electrical work done around the home or commercial work place. 10/10
