A1 Engine Tuning

My hilux has completely changed, stoked with the result.Professional team, I recommend A1 to anyone with a diesel 4x4 looking for tuning, manifold cleans and injector replacements

Terrible.Got advice for ticking noise on my Holden VE SS LS2.Was told that it needed all this replaced to fix the problem.Head Gasket, Head Bolts, Coolant, LS7 Lifters, Lifter Buckets, Front Cover Gasket & Seal,Sump Off Sump Gasket, Oil Filter & Engine Oil, Cam, Oil Pump & timing Chain And gear box service, Which was $4300Was told it was take around 3 days nearly 2 weeks later and after me calling many times asking about my car was told it was ready, I live in Grafton so went to pick it up in Coffs, turned it on and LOUD KNOCKING come from the engine and was told don't no what it is and that will be $$$ 4300.I couldn't drive it home so sorted out a tow truck to come pick it up then it got hailed on, which I wasn't told about until the tow truck dropped it off so next day I contacted James and he diddnt want anything todo with my car or cover my excess with insurance.

I enquired about getting a tune for my SV6 and was given excellent advice as to how A1 could help. Very approachable and professional. I’m really happy with how my car feels and the extra power/torque it gained from tuning and an air intake-my car now sounds Orssom!! I couldn’t recommend these guys enough and hope to be back for more performance advice and parts in the future.

James and Colette run a great workshop.They perform my scheduled servicing and have added a Harrop OTR and tuned my VE SS couldn't be happier.They have managed to slot me in on more then one occasion without a booking when an injector or two failed had me back on the road that very morning.Thanks for going above and beyond.

I can't give this team a higher review. They where just about to close when we limped to their shop. We had damaged our ute coming down the hill and couldn't turn left without scraping out tire. With a little technical knowledge and willingness to help in the rain they pulled our bullbar enough we could get to our hotel safely.They wanted no money for this and really we couldn't have asked for friendly or more lovely people.We where proper stuck at night in the rain with our beloved pet in the car so couldn't just uber put of this issue.Its act like this that remind you that people are willing to help and if your ever in need this is the kind of place to go.Again big thank you to the whole team! You did an amazing job.

I booked my VE Commodore in for an engine tune and a higher air intake. My car performs so much better and is incredible to drive now. I live a few hours away from Coffs Harbour and was unable to make it over on a week day, so James took the time out of his Saturday for me. His wife also gave my partner and I a lift into town.
