The dental practice is run professionally by well trained staff.The practicing dentist was thorough and attentive to detail explaining the procedures as they were undertaken.I would recommend the practice.

The name says it all. Lower Templestowe Dental excellence provides excellent dental services. I was referred by my brother to go there as he had his invisalign done by Dr Mini. Dr Mini is a great dentist. Shes made me feel safe and treated me with lots of care and patience when i visited her for my dental appointments. She is definitely a ⭐️ and knows what she is doing and how to talk to patients who experience anxiety during the dental procedures.I really appreciate the time she takes to explain the procedures in the simplest way and also when she tells me what shes up to during the procedures.I always feel welcome when I go there and the receptionist Angela is also excellent. Id highly recommend this place even if I have to drive 1 hr to get there.

Walking in to the building, my toddler and I felt like immediately relaxed. It was his first time at the dentist and I wasn't sure how it would go. We were greeted by the most friendly face at reception, and then an even friendlier Dr Mini Li, who I could see my son immediately feel comfortable with. Dr Mini was gentle and interactive, listened to our needs and responded to them so that we always felt comfortable. The cleaning and scaling didn't hurt and it was a comfortable process throughout. I got some fillings too and she talked me through the process and made sure everything was fitting and feeling right. Her dental assistant was also so amazingly in tune with her so the whole process was super calm and efficient. My 3 year old has not stopped talking about Dr Mini and he cannot wait to go back to get his teeth looked after! Thank you Dr Mini and team!

Lower Templestowe Dental Excellence is a great dental practice. Angela at reception always makes you feel welcome and cared for. Dr Mini is fantastic. She is good at putting you at ease and is always happy to explain any uncertainties. A big plus is that Dr Mini is very gentle!

Being a new patient at this Dental practice I am very pleased of the treatment I have received for my teeth. As I had urgent dental needs that needed to be attended to, my parents suggested this wonderful practice as they are patients also. The staff are all wonderful and make you feel at ease when you feel slightly anxious of being at the dentist. In my case the staff makes me feel very relaxed that I fall asleep in the chair. Definitely a 5 star rating from me. The welcome I receive each time I enjoy immensely. Thank you!
