Great iconic track through North Queensland wilderness. It goes side to side and up and down and up and down and up and down and up, up, up and down, down, down and through some creeks and then up and down and up and down and back through another creek and then up again and down again and then up to the very top of a hill where the view is superb

Good 4wd track. Beginning to end takes 3.5 to 4 hours to complete in good dry conditions. For drivers with a decent amount of experience as it can get rough in wet weather.

There were 2 4WD's in our group, both are fully set as touring class vehicles, from the Northern end to the Southern end took us just over 3 1/2 hours to do the 71kms, it is a very Technical track, with a number of river crossings.We had no issues, however without the right set up you could come undone on the up and down hill sections, as could be seen by a few vehicles that never made it to the end.At the highest mountain we were just under 500m above sea level.

Cracker of a trip! To make the most of it it's definitely best to make this an overnight camping trip. It was a shame Big Red was closed but with the slightly wet conditions it was more then understandable.

A great drive, was closed on the way up so we doubled back on the way down great rate it,and the lions den pub a refreshing end to a days drive

Great part of our Cape York bike ride.CREB is fun when it’s dry, awesome when a light shower the day before leaves the red clay sticky.But when it rains it’s your worst nightmare.Be warned checkout the CREB track locals pages on Facebook and if the track is closed save it till another time.

The CREB Track is a great place to ride your motorcycle or drive your 4WD through the hilly terrain and magnificent creek crossings, only recommend in dry conditions.

Completed 13th dec. Went on 12th Dec via wujul wujul but signage said road closed even though Douglas Shire council site said track open. Approached from Daintree Village end on 13th dec, signage stated open. Completed the track in a 2 inch lifted navara no worries. When we reached the other end the signage still said road closed. All the tough sections have bypass tracks. Red Hill (Bob's hill) by far the toughest part.
