Yoga With Lee
Lee provides a welcoming and friendly environment for yoga in a gorgeous old country hall. Classes are small and personalized to suit the people present. It can be both relaxing and challenging in the same class and the stretch and meditation is wonderful. We are so fortunate to have this opportunity on the Fleurieu.

For body and mind these Yoga classes are a generous hour and a quarter well spent.Lee is a warm and skillful communicator who is aware of one's abilities, is supportive, very encouraging and has created a calm environment in which to practice.I have discovered, it is never to late, so take advantage of this non competitive, rewarding activity in comfortable surroundings.
