The staff here really don’t want to be here. They are very rude. I sent a parcel to my father this week and all the lady was interested in was what was in there. I’m not hiding anything at all but it has nothing to do with her. Nosey old cow.

Service is good. A busy post office with lots of customers. Many people write negative reviews but they forget this post office is a small local post office with 2 people at the front counter, in a small country town this is not a large city post office with 20 staff. If customers need faster service or have bulk mailings, they may be better going to Maroochydore or another big centre. The staff are excellent. They do their best everyday and are always polite to us when we go there.

Love this place. Staff really try their best given the size of the place and the volume of transactions they have to do.If you're in a hurry go somewhere else. Coolum Beach is a country town. We have time to smell the roses. Be nice.Chillax!

great customer service from the lady in there today 18/11/22 she helped us email a form from my phone and then printed it and also helped getting package insured and sent .way more than we expected .well done great work

I drive further and go out of my way to go to this post office even though it’s less convenient because the service and staff are miles better than any of the other Sunshine Coast P/Os! The only P/O I trust with my business
