Josh and myself were extremely happy with WM pools from start to finish.Wayne worked with us on what would suit our lifestyle the best, at each stage of the project we were extremely impressed with all that came on-site, we found Wayne to be very professional, friendly, on time, within budget, no fuss and worked well to ensure each aspect of the project was finished to a high quality standard and Wayne was here to oversee it all. Many of our friends and family love our new pool as much as we do!!!we can’t highly recommend WM pools enough and we feel sure you will be as happy as we are if you engage WM pools to undertake your own pool journey. Does not attend meetings arranged with 3 weeks warning and lies about calling to cancel when asked if they'll be attending. Then changes story from no longer building pools" to "not taking on any more work". Seek more professional companies that don't lie phone calls and waste your time."

Wayne and his team did a fantastic job designing and building our swimming pool. Christmas is definitely at ours this year. Thanks again guys.

WARNING! Stay Away from WM Pools. Wayne is the most unorganised and untrusting guy I have ever worked with. His word meant absolutely nothing and even a signed contract meant absolute nothing to him. He sent quotes that we accepted than when we went to sign the pool contract he added an extra $2K to the build for no reason other than need to make more on this deal. This was added on the night of the contract sign. He would say things then forget he said them. We signed the contract, sent an invoice for the deposit and started the certification process and then 3 days later says the project is not going to happen and called the entire project off for personal reasons. Meanwhile, we had started buying tiles for the project and ripping up our backyard. He has cost me a lot of time, effort and money. If you are thinking of using this company I suggest you look elsewhere save yourselves the hassle. A signed contract means nothing to this company. These guys were by no means the cheapest quote we received but they continually cried poor. Look elsewhere and save yourself making the same mistake I made.
