Very happy with Rajan and his team overall, and with the finished products. Good communication, work was finished quick and overall good quality.Couple points we're not 100% about: the caulking wasn't completely cleaned up afterwards, same with some of the wall paint that went on our brand new toilet, and door paint on the hinges and handle. Also had to remove the floor protection ourselves, and the tape used removed some of the varnish on our wooden floors.

I would recommend Rajan and his team for home renovations and repairs. The renovating of our ensuite bathroom was outstanding. On time, great communication and worked with our special circumstances without any fuss. We are very happy with our new" bathroom. It looks and works great!"

Image Built have just completed a beautiful bathroom/laundry area. We now have an extra bathroom and updated laundry and both look great. Any problems were sorted out professionally and all the workmen were good at their jobs. It was great to have Image Built's experience and advice on hand when renovating.

Our two 1970s bathrooms were renovated by Image Built.Despite some challenges due to our location in the hills and ensuing low water pressure, Rajan and his team were always on hand to discuss with us solutions in order to deliver the best possible outcome at an affordable cost. We highly recommend the Image Built team to anyone considering renovating their home. From commencement to completion, Rajan and the team were professional, courteous, respectful, and communicative while maintaining high quality standards. We engaged Image Built to renovate our laundry, main 3 way bathroom and ensuite, and provide custom built cabinetry for our linen press, entertainment unit, library and home office. Rajan is an unflappable Project Manager who worked collaboratively with our designer (Kristina Schubert at KS Projects) throughout the project. His project management was exemplary with materials arriving with perfect timing before they were needed by the trades team. During our build he was always friendly and accessible, and kept us informed of what to expect and when, with plenty of time. Any questions or concerns were listened to and discussed honestly and objectively. He was able to keep things on track even through the pandemic challenges of illness, isolation and supply issues. For our convenience, he even staged the renovation to enable us to have at least one working bathroom at all times! He was on-site regularly (daily during peak times) and he has selected a trade team who are highly skilled, efficient, friendly, respectful (of the house, gardens etc), and without exception left the place neat and tidy at the end of the day. A complete delight from beginning to end. I have included a few before and after photos of the wet areas.

We are very happy with our fresh new kitchen. Rajan and his team were prompt and efficient, arriving at the times appointed and completing work to a high standard. Service was friendly and cooperative and tradesmen were patient with extra alterations and additions. We used Image Built to remodel 2 bathrooms previously, and have been impressed by the efficiency and honesty of all transactions. I would thoroughly recommend their services.

We hired Image Built to do extensive internal remodelling and are extremely happy with the work carried out and the end product. Rajan is a great project manager, he responds to questions and concerns quickly and organises his team well to address any issues.His team demolished a central bathroom and laundry, then created a new hallway, bathroom, laundry, powder room and co-ordinated install of a brand new kitchen. All the work was carried out within our timeframe and all the trades he uses were easy to work with, polite and careful of our home.Our project is completely finished within the timeframe and budget allocated.We highly recommend working with Image Built

The team from Image Built were fantastic and professional from day one. We asked them to convert our small 1940's garage into an extra room that we could use as a study/guest bedroom. Rajan and Geoff seemed to know exactly what would work for the space and had plenty of ideas, as well as being very happy to incorporate all that we wanted. Best thing of all was that we didn't have to lift a finger - all the drawings, council planning applications, trade and project management was organised by Image Built from start to finish AND completed just in time for our Christmas guests to arrive! All the tradespeople who came to work on the build were friendly, tidy and professional and worked fast but the attention to detail was great. One thing I was very impressed by was that when a mistake was made in communication (grout colour) - Image Built fixed and re-grouted the tiles the very next day without any complaint - this was just such a relief. Last thing, Rajan came around with a beautiful bunch of flowers to brighten up the new space and welcome our guests. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone, for smaller jobs like ours, but I can imagine they would also be excellent for larger projects, such as a house extension.

Cannot recommend this company highly enough!If you need any renovations then I would strongly recommend Image Built! All steps of our major renovation were done well and any minor issues sorted out promptly and professionally. We were very happy with the quote which was better than other companies and very very pleased with the end product.
