Bought my Merida e ONE-SIXTY 900E off these guys whilst I was over in August 17 on holiday. The bike was set up as I requested and they even helped fix my Cube that I had travelled over with. I would recommend Nick at Cycology for his passion for MTB and customer service.

If you are looking for people who ride bikes and not just sell them then Cycology is for you. I went into the store looking for advice on the MTB trails around Launceston, the staff where great and helped me get the most out of my Tassie trip.I would recommend them as a shop to go to if you ever get to Launceston and need advice on trails or simply get your bike serviced before you hit the trails.Thanks CycologyGary Land ProBikeFit

Awesome service, big shout-out to Zak for truing my rear MTB wheel as I just dropped in. Good selection of gear and some great bikes to drool over.Love all the memorabilia and random Star Wars stuff, worth going in just to look at that if you’re not interested in bikes!Thanks!

Worst customer service ever. Spent $8000 on a bike they gladly accepted at the time, but any issues they just palm you off and waste your time. Wish I had never dealt with them. Told me to fix my own issues. Bike is less than 12 months old. Thanks for absolutely nothing.

Walked in needing a quick repair before going bike touring and the staff were so helpful! Ended up tweaking both our bikes and were very SO lovely, giving excellent recommendations for both the bikes and our trio in general. A wonderful store. Wish we'd had the opportunity to give them a thank you gift!

We were bikepacking in Tassie. And my mate lost a clear bolt just outside Launceston. We were 15mins away from Cycology and they were closing in 10mins. We called them and Nick was super accommodating to us and helped us get the bolt! And good food recommendations in town.

This is the best bike shop. They fixed our tandem bicycle at short notice while we were cycle Touring Tasmania's East Coast.They did an excellent job that got us all the way to Hobart and then home, about 650km.

Bought a brand new bike. Spent 1100 dollars and the first time I was going to use it one of the pedals came off. I couldn’t even use it. They wouldn’t fix it for no reason. They did not care at all. Waste of money and time
